I enjoy being an architect which reflects in my enthusiasm and the quality of my work.
Working alone allows me to provide a personal service tailored to client’s individual needs and most of my projects come through previous client recommendations.
I pride myself on going beyond the expected basic architectural service, working closely with clients to understand their needs and giving as much assistance in the process as needed.
I am a mum of 2 boys and understand the importance of a well-planned and welcoming home. I work mainly with private clients who want to improve and extend their existing home but have also worked on new build housing and commercial restorations.
I gained my professional qualifications working at the leading conservation practice Simpson and Brown Architects for over 10 years. My experience there included the restoration of listed buildings, farm steading conversions, extensions and high specification new build houses.
Previous to that I had also gained architectural work experience in Manchester, other Edinburgh practices and San Francisco.
I am registered with the Architects Registration Board (a legal requirement for all architects).
