A substantial rearrangement and renovation of a Listed house in Portobello. The attic was converted to create an additional bedroom and bathroom, a stair and bathroom inserted at ground floor level and a kitchen -dining -family room created at basement level. The re-design took into consideration the sensitivity of the listed building whilst adhering to stringent fire regulations.
